Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to information you provide through this website. We've kept it short because, honestly, this site collects very little.
What we collect
If you fill in the consultation request form on our Contact page, you may enter your name, phone number, email address, preferred clinic, and a message. At present, this form is a placeholder that has not yet been connected to a live backend — submitting it does not currently send your information anywhere. Until it is fully connected, the fastest way to reach us is directly by phone or LINE, both listed on our Contact page.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand overall traffic — things like how many people visit, which pages are popular, and roughly where visitors are coming from. These tools may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser to measure visits. We use this only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used; we do not use it to identify individual visitors or link it to anything you submit through the contact form.
Third-party services embedded on this site
The following external services are loaded when you visit this website:
- Google Analytics — measures site traffic and page views. Governed by Google's own privacy policy.
- Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — measures site traffic and page load performance on the hosting platform we use. Governed by Vercel's own privacy policy.
- Google Maps — embedded on our Locations page to show our clinic addresses. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — used to load the typeface on every page. Your browser makes a request to Google's font servers to do this, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
We don't control what these third parties do with requests made to their servers — see each provider's own privacy policy for details on their practices.
In-clinic records
Separately from this website, when you visit either clinic in person for a consultation, we keep prescription records as required under Thai Ministry of Public Health regulations — currently a minimum of one year. This applies to your in-person visit, not to anything submitted through this website.
Your choices
If you'd prefer not to share any information with us at all, you're welcome to visit either clinic in person and speak with our staff directly — nothing on this website is required to book or attend a consultation.
