In line with Thai cannabis marketing regulations, this site does not sell cannabis products online, does not display pricing, and does not run promotional offers for cannabis. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell cannabis, and no order or transaction for cannabis products can be completed here.

Content on this site — including blog articles, strain descriptions, and formulary listings — is educational only and does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription. It is not a substitute for an in-person consultation with a licensed practitioner. Cannabis products are dispensed only to patients presenting a valid PT 33 prescription issued by an authorized practitioner during an in-clinic consultation.

This website and both of our clinic locations are restricted to individuals aged 20 and above, consistent with Thai law. See our Age Policy for full detail on how this is applied online and in person.
4. Accuracy of information
We make a reasonable effort to keep information on this site current, including facts about Thailand's cannabis regulations. However, cannabis law in Thailand continues to evolve, and we cannot guarantee that every page reflects the most recent regulatory change at the moment you read it. This site is not a substitute for independent legal advice — if you need a legal opinion on your specific situation, please consult a licensed Thai attorney.
5. Intellectual property
The HOLYWEED name, logo, and the text, photography, and design on this site are the property of HOLYWEED Bangkok unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or reused without permission.

This site is provided on an informational basis. We do not guarantee that any visitor will be approved for a PT 33 prescription — that determination is made solely by the licensed practitioner during your consultation. To the extent permitted by Thai law, HOLYWEED Bangkok is not liable for decisions made based solely on information found on this website without an in-person consultation.

This site and its use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
